<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 31 <br /> Series 1988 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT AND <br /> PUD FOR COAL CREEK RANCH SUBDIVISION <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br />Council a subdivision Plat and PUD by Coal Creek Associates, 225 <br />Canyon Blvd. Suite 202 Boulder, Colorado 80302 for the property <br />designated South of Cherry Street and East of Polk Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Plat have been <br />reviewed by the City Staff and Planning Commission and found to <br />be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, <br />Subdivision Regulations and related policies; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing, the <br />Planning Commission approved said final plat and plan and <br />recommended them to the City Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the final Plat <br />and PUD for Coal Creek Ranch Subdivision. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 1988. <br /> ~~~~R'r\ <br /> B rman Fauson, Mayor <br />ATTEST: APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> '" ~ \ : t^~~~~ <br /> Clerk Step en T.
