RESOLUTION NO. 20 <br />SERIES 2001 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DELEGATING TO THE CITY CLERK THE AUTHORITY TO <br />APPOINT ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE MAY 1, 2001, SPECIAL ELECTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville will hold a special municipal election on May 1, <br />2001; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, C.R.S. §31-10-401 provides that the governing body shall appoint the <br />judges of election at least fifteen days before the election; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. §31-10-401, the City Council desires to delegate to the <br />City Clerk the authority and responsibility to appoint the judges of election for the May 1, 2001, <br />special election. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br /> 1.
