RESOLUTION NO. 20 SEIZIES 1988 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS RELATIVE TO THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF SOUTH BOULDER ROAD, WEST OF CONTINENTAL VIE~v DRIVE, OWNED BY PAUL AND SUSAN BROWN AND HORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN. \vHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has previously found a petition for annexation of certain property, described in Exhibit A attached hereto, to be in substantial compliance with Colorado Statutory requirements for annexation; and, :,VHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has set June 7 , 1988 for a p,lblic hearing relative to said proposed annexation and has duly and l roperly advertised such hearing; and, >\HEREAS, the City Council of the city of Louisville has 1'1,,, ld said public hearing and has heard evidence and testimony rela'::ive to determining if tLe proposed anneXCl t ion com} '. ies with the statutory reauirements. \OW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH' ITY OF .JUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section l. Ill, .. y Council hereby determines and finds that all applicable par:.s f C:'r:, lor a do Revi.::ed Statutes 31-12-104 and 31- 12- )5 have b"e complied with, specifically including he following: (a) that not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the annexing municipality; ( b) that a community of interest exists between the area proposed to be annexed and the annexing mu::.icipality; ( c ) that said area is urban or will be urbanized in the near future; ( d) that said area is integrated with or capable of being integrated with the annexing municipality. Section 2. It is determined that no annexation election is required relative to this annexation.
