<br />WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary and in the best <br />interests of the City to enter into the Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City shall enter into the Agreement in <br />substantially the form thereof presented at this meeting; and the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and deliver the Agreement <br />on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Section 2. The officers, employees and agents of the City <br />are hereby authorized and directed to take all action necessary <br />or appropriate to effectuate the provisions hereof and of the <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3. All actions heretofore taken (not inconsistent <br />with this ordinance) by the City and its officers, employees and <br />agents, towards the execution of the Agreement are hereby rati- <br />fied, approved and confirmed. <br /> <br />Section 4. If any section, paragraph, clause or provision <br />of this ordinance shall be invalid or unenforceable, the invali- <br />dity or unenforceability of such section, paragraph, clause or <br />provision shall not affect any other provision of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 5. All ordinances, bylaws and regulations of the <br />City in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the <br />extent only of such inconsistency.
