The undersigned property owners own approximately .98 acres of land adjacent to the existing city limits of the City of Louisville located within the Southwest quarter of Section 6, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of 6th P.~. , County of Boulder, State of Colorado; and 2 . ) It is desirable to annex said property to the City of Louisville since the City of Louisville has the ability to provide urban services to the property and it is necessary for the orderly provision of public services; and 3 . ) The requirements of Colorado Revised Statutes 31- - 12 -104 and 31-12-105 exist, have been or will be met. a. Not less than one sixth of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City. b. A community of interest exists bet\veen the area and the City. The area is urbanized ami caoahle of being integrated into city services. . No land held in identical ownership is being . c. divided into separate parcels without the consent of the property owner. d. No land in identical ownership containing 20 or more acres is proposed for annexation. , e. This property is not subject to any other annexation proceedings to any other municipality. f. This annexation will not result in the detachment of any land from any school district. g. Prior to the completion of this annexation, plans required under CRS 31-12 -105 (e) shall be in place. h. The requirements set forth under CRS 31 -12 -105 ( f) will be met in this annexation. 1
