RESOLUTION NO. 18 <br />SERIES 2001 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br />FOR SPRING CREEK MUSIC, <br />801 MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Special Review Use (SRU) for Spring Creek Music to be located in the basement <br />level of 801 Main Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the application against the required <br />Special Review Use Criteria found in Section 17.40.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code and <br />found that the proposed SRU, with condition was in compliance with those criteria; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Special Review Use, the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with condition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Special Review Use should be approved, with <br />the following condition: <br /> <br />The Special Review Use shall be granted to the applicant only. An expansion or modification <br />of the Special Review Use shall require successful amendment of the SRU by recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and approval by City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a Special Review Use for Spring Creek Music at 801 Main Street. <br /> <br />AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March 2001. <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />Nan~cy Varra!
