RESOLUTION NO. 17 SERIES 2001 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 700 FRONT STREET WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval of a final PUD development plan for 700 Front Street, to authorize a second-story addition and associated site improvements; and WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Downtown Design Handbook, related policies and previous approvals; and WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final PUD development plan on February 22, 2001, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including the Staff Report dated February 13, 2001, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and finds that said Final PUD Development Plan should be approved, with the following conditions: That prior to recording of the final PUD, an access easement shall be provided across this property, to the benefit of the 706 Front Street property, to allow the shared driveway out to Pine Street; That in conjunction with or prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall submit grading and drainage information as required by the City for review by Public Works, Building and Planning Staffs; and 3. That the signs in the second story gables that identify year of construction shall identify both 1880 and the year the second-story addition is constructed. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a final PUD development plan for a second story addition to the existing building at 700 Front Street. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March 2001.
