The MTDC funds will <br /> be used to run the Interchange to a four <br /> lane with a the turning lane standard. <br /> Partners of the Interchange will not be <br /> eligible for refunds. The benefits to <br /> those parties would result in the <br /> increased value from development. <br /> How is it reviewed if it is under a 20 <br /> year plan?
