Only three <br />properties are to be included within the <br />district: only STC is located within the <br />boundaries of Louisville. Also stated in the <br />ordinance under Section ~. No other property <br />located within the City shall be included <br />within the District except by enactment of a <br />separate ordinance by the City Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Fauson moved to place Ordinance No. l043, Series 1991, out <br />for publication and schedule the public hearing for July 2, 1991, <br />seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />MOTION DESIGNATING THE PUBLIC PLACE FOR POSTING MEETING NOTICES - <br />SENATE BILL 91-33 - OPEN MEETINGS <br /> <br />Councilman Howard moved to designate as the public place for <br />posting meeting notices the glassed-in bulletin board on the <br />south wall in the entry way to City Hall. This entry way is open <br />24 hours a day and any posted notices would be available to <br />public access at all times. Direct the City Administrator to <br />distribute to all City boards, commissions and other advisory <br />boards a copy of the motion passed by Council at this meeting, <br />June 4, 1991, seconded by Hornbostel. All in favor. <br /> <br />COAL CREEK CEMETERY - REQUEST RELEASE FROM THE FIRST RIGHT OF <br />REFUSAL CLAUSE <br /> <br />Baysinger: Representatives of the Coal Creek Cemetery <br />have approached the City of Louisville re- <br />garding the City'S interest in purchasing the <br />Coal Creek Cemetery. Representatives of the <br />Coal Creek Cemetery have expressed that they <br />have a "first right of refusal" clause in <br />their ownership giving the City of Louisville <br />the first opportunity to purchase the proper- <br />ty should the initial owners sell the proper- <br />ty.
