-_..
Tuesday night in a attempt to avoid conflict.
Howard: We can defer this item. What you want to do is defer
Item A off of regular business...
Sackett: Until next Tuesday.
Howard: We can certainly do that...
Sackett: Second.
Councilman Howard moved to take Item A - Award Bid - Lake Park Dredging off of the
Regular Business Agenda, seconded by Sackett.
Councilman Sackett explained that in his mind there was some ambiguity and wanted to
make sure that proper procedures were followed. Sackett felt that it could have been dealt
with at this time but, with the possibility that there were any people in the City who would
have liked to hear this addressed, it would be better to defer the item.
Councilman Howard stated that a motion had been made and seconded. All in favor.
DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - RAW WATER MASTER PLAN STUDY - NOEL
\ HOBBS, CAMP DRESSER AND MCKEE
Tom Phare, Director of Public Works, explained that Noel Hobbs was not in attendance
and had asked that this item be deferred to the next Council meeting.
Councilman Howard moved that Item B be removed from the Regular Business and placed
on the next scheduled regular Council meeting, seconded by Sackett. All in favor.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, Councilwoman Hornbostel moved to adjourn the meeting,
seconded by Davidson. All in favor.
2
