· Completing construction of the Recycling Processing Center <br />· Operation and maintenance of the Recycling Processing Center and <br /> equipment <br />· o Construction, operation and maintenance of composting facilities and <br /> equipment, and expansion of the household hazardous waste facility <br /> and such other facilities and/or operations as are deemed by the Board <br /> of County Commissioners to be fiscally prudent and to further the goals <br /> of the 1995 Agreement. Such decisions shall be made after input and <br /> recommendations from the BCRCA Advisory Committee have been <br /> made. <br /> <br />· Employment of necessary staff <br />· A reserve fund in the amount of $5.2 million ($5,200,000) to cover <br /> unforeseen circumstances in materials markets, or for such emergency <br /> situations as may arise. <br /> <br />An Advisory Committee will be formed following execution of this Agreement to <br />provide input and recommendations to Boulder County on matters affecting the <br />facilities. The Committee will include one appointed representative from each of <br />the cities and towns in the county and from the unincorporated county, plus one <br />from the City and County of Broomfield. Boulder County will appoint five <br />additional at-large members to reflect the population distribution throughout the <br />county.
