Ensure ongoing Trails -related items receive more attention and time from OSAB. <br />Specific Actions: <br />Who <br />When (Q#) <br />Status <br />1. Determine priorities for Trails Tiger Teamwork, <br />Tiger <br />TBD <br />- <br />being mindful to avoid overlap with Wayfinding <br />Team <br />Tiger Team work. Actions could include: <br />a. Review trails part of City of Louisville <br />Transportation Master Plan (TMP) to <br />identify gaps (e.g., single track / dirt trail <br />designation and how to address social <br />trails) and set trail priorities (e.g., update <br />on specific topics, update to entire plan, <br />update trail acquisition priorities, or <br />creation of trails master plan). <br />b. Review trails evaluation document and <br />update / implement if useful. <br />2. Work with staff (including the new project <br />Tiger <br />TBD <br />- Having a wish list of trail <br />manager) to establish top 3-5 priorities for trail <br />Team <br />priorities (whether from TMP <br />work in the next 5 years.
