Resolution No. 11 <br />Series 2001 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PART OF THE FUND BALANCE OF THE <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND FOR FUTURE DEBT REDUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville, Colorado desires to prepay debt; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the funding for future debt reduction will be designated annually to <br />provide future funding for the express purposes early retirement of debt; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during the 2001 budget process the City Council determined that $100,000 <br /> would be designated in 2001 for future debt reduction. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO that of the fund balance of the Capital Projects <br />Fund there is hereby designated the amount of $100,000 for the specific purpose of <br />providing future funding for early debt reduction. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2001. <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
