RESOLUTION NO. 10 <br />SERIES 2001 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2001 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES AND <br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL, CONSERVATION TRUST-LOTTERY, AND CAPITAL <br />PROJECTS FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the end of 2000 certain encumbrances remained open, to be expended in 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain approved budget items were omitted from the total appropriation for 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the General, Conservation Trust- <br /> Lottery, and Capital Projects Funds to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City has received unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the adoption of the budget, <br />from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy, in the General, Conservation <br />Trust-Lottery, and Capital Projects Funds. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO; <br /> <br />Section 1. That the 2001 General Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $11,702,550 <br />to $11,735,050 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the 2001 Conservation Trust-Lottery Fund Appropriations are hereby increased <br />from $289,000 to $300,983 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 3.
