RESOLUTION NO. $ <br />SERIES 2001 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT <br />AND A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> FOR THE SUMMIT VIEW SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final Subdivision Plat and a Final PUD Development Plan for the Summit View <br />Subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Plat and PUD Development <br />Plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and were to be in <br />compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and <br />previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision Plat <br />and Final PUD Development Plan, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public <br />record, including the Staff Report dated January 9, 2001, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and finds that said Final <br />Subdivision Plat and PUD Development Plan should be approved, with the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The standard dedication language shall be revised on the subdivision plat to properly reflect <br /> the dedication status of Outlots A, B and C to the City of Louisville. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan for the Summit View Subdivision. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6ti} day of February 2001. <br /> <br /> By: <br /> T~m <br /> Dawd~0n, Mayor <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />Nfncy Va~, ~C~ty Clerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
