RESOLUTION NO. 7 <br />SERIES 2001 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION REPLAT <br /> FOR THE ALVIN AND JULIA FISCHER SUBDIVISION, <br />A REPLAT OF LOTS 8-11, BLOCK 4, ACME PLACE SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final Subdivision Plat for the Alvin and Julia Fischer Subdivision, a replat of <br />Lots 8-11, Block 4, Acme Place Subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Replat have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and were found to be in compliance with Louisville <br />zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Replat, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including the Staff <br />Report dated January 9, 2001, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City <br />Council, without condition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and finds that said Final <br />Subdivision Replat should be approved, without condition. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final Subdivision Replat for the Alvin and Julia <br />Fischer Subdivision. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6~ day of February 2001. <br /> <br />~ ~t~ C/oY f~La~ :~?ill~ CC lc~ rokrado <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
