RESOLUTION NO. 4 <br />SERIES 2001 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR A 16,750 <br />SQUARE FOOT TWO-STORY BUILDING WITH OFFICE OCCUPANCY ON <br /> LOT 3, BLOCK 1, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan and Special Review Use for Lot 3, Block 1, The <br />Business Center at CTC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and Special <br />Review Use have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with <br />conditions, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, <br />the special review use criteria as contained in Section 17.40.100 of the LMC, the Commercial <br />Development Design Standards and Guidelines, related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including <br />the Staff Report dated December 12, 2000, the Planning Commission recommended approval to <br />the City Council, with conditions as stated in Planning Commission Resolution 53, Series 2000; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted revised plans to City Council that comply with <br />the conditions recommended by the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and finds that said Final PUD <br />Development Plan should be approved, without condition. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final PUD Development Plan and Special Review <br />Use for Lot 3, Block 1, The Business Center at CTC. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January 2001. <br /> <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
