Ordinance No. 328, Series 1962 An Ordinance to annex to the City of Louisville, Colorado, the following described property situate the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, hereinafter described as follows: “A tract of land situated in the southeast quarter (SE ¼) of the southeast quarter th (SE ¼) of Section Five (5), Township One (1) South, Range 69 west of the 6 Principal Meridian, described as follows: ‘Beginning at the southeast corner of Section th 5,Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6 P.M.; thence south 89° 45’ West, 539.83 feet along the south line of said Section 5; thence north 0° 18’ West, 454.35 feet parallel to the east line of said Section 5 to a point on the north line of that tract of land described in deed recorded in Book 748, at Page 448, of the Boulder County Records, Boulder, Colorado; thence north 89° 45’ East, 539.83 feet parallel to the south line of said Section 5 to a point on the east line of said Section 5; thence south 0° 18’ East, 454.35 feet along the east line of said Section 5 to the place of beginning.
