Ordinance No. 381, Series 1971 – An Ordinance to Vacated a 6 foot portion of South Street between the west side of Lee Avenue and the easterly right-of-way line of the Colorado and Southern Railroad, and to vest title hereto in the owners of the abutting property as provided by law, and declaring an emergency therefore. Ordinance No. 385, Series 1971 – An Ordinance Relating to the Regulation of erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, conversion, demolition, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area, and maintenance of buildings or structures in the City of Louisville, adopting by reference thereto the Uniform Building Code of the International Conference of Building Officials, except Chapters 12 and 13; Chapters 27 and 51 as adopted by the City of Broomfield, entitled chimneys, vents, fireplaces, and incinerators gas fitting code; repealing all ordinances, parts and sections herewith; providing a penalty for violation of the provisions of said Building Code; providing for a public hearing in relation thereto; and declaring an emergency therefore. Ordinance No. 386, Series 1971 – An Ordinance to Contract an indebtedness on behalf of the City of Louisville, Colorado, and upon the credit thereof by issuing general obligation bonds of said City in the principal amount of $300,000.00 for the purpose of supplying the city with water by extending and improving the waterworks system of the City; prescribing the form of the bonds; providing for the levy of taxes to pay the bonds rd and the interest thereon; and declaring an emergency.
