<br />ORDINANCE LIST FOR 1972 <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 391, Series 1972 <br /> – An Ordinance Adopting the 1971 Model Traffic <br />th <br />Code. Passed and Adopted this 15 day of February 1972. Repealed by Ordinance No. <br />529. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 392, Series 1972 <br /> – An Ordinance for the Regulation of Traffic by the <br />City of Louisville, for the purpose of providing a system of traffic regulations consistent <br />with State Law and generally conforming to similar regulations throughout the State and <br />the Nation; adopting by reference the 1971 Edition of the “Model Traffic Code for <br />Colorado Municipalities”; repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith; and providing <br />th <br />penalties for violation thereof. Passed and Adopted this 30 day of January 1972. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 393, Series 1972 <br /> – An Ordinance Relating to the regulation of the <br />storage, handling, and use of hazardous substances, materials and devices and conditions <br />hazardous to life and property in the use or occupancy of buildings or premises, in the <br />City of Louisville, adopting by reference thereto, the Uniform Fire Code, 1971 Edition, <br />as published by International Conference of Building Officials and Western Fire Chiefs <br />Association, repealing all ordinances, parts and sections or ordinances of the City of <br />Louisville, in conflict or inconsistent herewith; providing a penalty for violation of the <br />provisions of said Fire Code, providing for a public hearing in relation thereto; and <br />th <br />declaring an emergency therefore. Passed and Adopted this 4 day of April 1972. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 394, Series 1972 <br /> – An Ordinance Relating to the practical safeguarding <br />of persons and of buildings and their contents, from hazards arising from the use of <br />electricity for light, heat, power, radio, signaling and for other purposes, in the City of <br />Louisville, adopting by reference thereto, the National Electrical Code, 1971 Edition, as <br />published by the National Fire Protection Association; repealing all ordinances, parts and <br />sections or ordinances of the City of Louisville, and providing for a public hearing in <br />th <br />relation thereto. Passed and Adopted this 16 day of May 1972. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 395, Series 1972 <br /> – An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 29 of the Municipal <br />Code of the City of Louisville, entitled “Offenses-General” by repealing the Ordinance <br />No. 332 entitled “29.29 Curfew” and amendments thereto and adopting in the place <br />thereof Section 29.29, entitled “Offenses Relating to Minors” and repealing all parts of <br />th <br />ordinances in conflict thereto.
