Ordinance No. 484, Series 1975 <br /> – An Ordinance concerning revenue, to enact a use tax <br />on building and construction materials which are purchased outside the city for use, <br />storage, or consumption within the city, and to enact a use tax on motor vehicles <br />purchased outside the city by city residents for use or storage within the City of <br />Louisville, in accordance with the provisions of Article 2, Chapter 29, Colorado Revised <br />th <br />Statutes 1973, as amended. Passed and Adopted this 7 day of October 1975. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 485, Series 1975 <br /> – An Ordinance Amending ordinance No. 424, which <br />provided for the rezoning of the City of Louisville and providing rules and regulations <br />therefore, by changing the rules and regulations, zoning map, and by adding a new <br />section concerning guidelines for development in geologic hazard areas, and repealing all <br />th <br />other ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith. Passed and Adopted this 20 day <br />of January 1976. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 486, Series 1975 <br /> – An Ordinance Adopting the Budget for the City of <br />st <br />Louisville, Colorado, for the Fiscal Year beginning on the 1 day of January, 1976, and <br />ending on the last day of December, 1976, estimating the amount of money necessary to <br />be raised by tax levy based on the said Budget so adopted: Estimating the amount of <br />money to be derived from other revenue sources; and setting forth the total estimated <br />st <br />expenditures for each fund. Passed and Adopted this 21 day of October 1975. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 487, Series 1975 <br /> – An Ordinance Authorizing the issuance of Sewer <br />Revenue Bonds of the City of Louisville, Colorado, in the principal amount of $280,000, <br />for the purpose of improving and extending the Municipal Sanitary Sewer System of the <br />City; prescribing the form of said bonds and providing for the application of the net <br />revenue of the Sanitary Sewer System to pay the bonds and the interest thereon, and other <br />details in connection therewith; and declaring an emergency. Passed and Adopted this <br />th <br />18 day of November 1975. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 488, Series 1975 <br /> – An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 296 by <br />providing different personnel and terms for the City of Louisville Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith. Passed and Adopted this <br />nd <br />2 day of December 1975. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 489, Series 1975 <br /> – An Ordinance Vacating the alley between Lots 14 <br />and 15, 16 and 17, Block 8, Murphy Place an addition to the town now City of Louisville, <br />th <br />and a part of the SE ¼ of Section 8, Township 1 South Range 69 West of the 6 P.M. <br />th <br />Passed and Adopted this 16 day of December 1975. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 490, Series 1975 <br /> – An Ordinance Appropriating sums of money to <br />defray expenses and liabilities of the City of Louisville, Colorado, for the City’s Fiscal <br />Year beginning January 1, 1976, and ending on the last day of December, 1976. Passed <br />th <br />and Adopted this 6 day of January 1976. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
