ORDINANCE LIST FOR 1983 Ordinance No. 779, Series 1983 - An Ordinance Amending various sections of Title 16 and Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code relative to the Board of Adjustments, Administration and Enforcement of the Zoning Regulations and establishing a requirement that all property to be developed within the City undertake the subdivision process of Title 16 of the Louisville Municipal Code. The following amendment was made on second and final reading: 17.48.020 Members – appointment – The Board of Adjustments shall consist of five members who shall be appointed by the City Council. None of the members may be current members of the City Planning Commission. Passed st and Adopted this 1 day of February 1983.
