Definitions for various plans referenced in the GCAB resolution

In an effort to be clear in the discussions around the resolution direction for all parties, I have
endeavored to "define" from my perspective what is meant by some of the terms in the resolution
which gave birth to the GCAB. I would appreciate your perspective (additions, deletions or
modifications in any way) on these "definitions".
All of these terms are written in the context of Coal Creek Golf Course (CCGC) facilities
(buildings, offerings and location), management practices, programs, fees and playing area
(a.k.a. 18 golf hole course). It is based on the resolution No.15 Series 2010 which was the City
Council resolution which created the Golf Course Advisory Board. The hierarchy of plans is
shown pictorially at the end of this document.

Master Plan - This is the plan which is produced by the golf course management company
(Western Golf Properties) in concert with the City Staff per Section 2.Bpf,Resolution 15 Series
2010.
