Carveth Family

Purchased 1918 by Frank Carveth from Harrison & Nettie Ball. Frank Carveth was one of the
partners'in the store Carveth Brothers & Dalbv. located in the State Mercantile Building. Frank
Carveth died 1920 in rail accident on the "Kite Line" that connected Denver, Louisville, Boulder,
and Marshall that killed a number of passengers. His wife and children continued to reside in the
house after his death, until the early 1930s. The Carveth family owned it 1918-1932.

Bammer Family

Purchased 1932 by Peter and Anna Bammer from Mary Ellen Carveth. The Bammer family
owned it almost continuously from 1932 to 1952. However, from 1948 to 1952, it appears that
Charles S.carpetla held the deed before transferring it back to Anna Bammer. Peter Bammer
estate is listed in 1948. He died in a mining related accident.

Mathis Family

Purchased 195f by John Mathis from Anna Bammer. (On same date, Steinbaugh Lumber had a
Deed of Trust.secured by this property. This suggests that some work was done by the Mathis
family upon their purchase.)

More Recent Owners

Purchased 1966, by John and Sara Wing from John and Glenna Mathis

Purchased 1978 by Celia Bertoia from Sara Wing (John Wing estate is listed in property records
in 1978)

Purchased 19B4 by Robert Dressler and Rosann Messere (current owners) from Celia Bertoia
