<br />Carveth Family <br /> <br />Purchased 1918 by Frank Carveth from Harrison & Nettie Ball. Frank Carveth was one of the <br />partners'in the store Carveth Brothers & Dalbv. located in the State Mercantile Building. Frank <br />Carveth died 1920 in rail accident on the "Kite Line" that connected Denver, Louisville, Boulder, <br />and Marshall that killed a number of passengers. His wife and children continued to reside in the <br />house after his death, until the early 1930s. The Carveth family owned it 1918-1932. <br /> <br />Bammer Family <br /> <br />Purchased 1932 by Peter and Anna Bammer from Mary Ellen Carveth. The Bammer family <br />owned it almost continuously from 1932 to 1952. However, from 1948 to 1952, it appears that <br />Charles S.carpetla held the deed before transferring it back to Anna Bammer. Peter Bammer <br />estate is listed in 1948. He died in a mining related accident. <br /> <br />Mathis Family <br /> <br />Purchased 195f by John Mathis from Anna Bammer. (On same date, Steinbaugh Lumber had a <br />Deed of Trust.secured by this property.
