He stated the following regarding the structures integrity: <br />. Recreated the original porch by using historical photos. <br />. House has original stained wood trim. <br />. Windows and doors are in original location. <br /> <br />Muckle asked if Eichorn had the original photos of the porch for the Commission <br />to view. <br /> <br />Eichorn stated the photos were at home. He also stated h <br />porch to the photos as closely as possible. <br /> <br />Eichorn stated he has looked in <br />expensive. <br /> <br /> <br />d of <br /> <br />Muckle asked if the windows were in good shape. <br /> <br />Eichorn answered the windows are aluminum <br />to replace the windows. <br /> <br />Muckle asked Eichorn if he considered <br />replacing. <br /> <br />Eichorn stated the <br />that is the origin <br /> <br />Mu <br /> <br />e stated he was okay with the house being called the <br /> <br />Koertje closed the public hearing <br /> <br />Commission Questions and Comments <br /> <br />Stewart stated he liked the house, believed it retained its architectural integrity <br />and mentioned the outhouse should be land marked as well. <br /> <br />Koertje stated the applicant could always come back to request land marking of <br />outhouse. <br />
