RENEWAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br />THIS RENEWAL is made this day of , 2009, by and <br />between the Boulder Valley School District, 6500 E. Arapahoe Road, Boulder, Colorado <br />( "Lessor "), and the City of Louisville, a Colorado municipal corporation ( "Lessee "). <br />WHEREAS <br />The parties entered into a Lease Agreement for Basketball Courts in the City of <br />Louisville dated March 8, 1976, ( "Lease ") attached as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein <br />by reference, and <br />The parties renewed and modified the Lease Agreement on September 9, 1993, <br />( "Renewal and Modification ") attached as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by <br />reference, and the lease and renewal and modifications have since expired, and the <br />parties wish to renew the lease, as stated herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions of the Lease, the <br />payment of rent and the performance of the covenants and modifications contained in the <br />Renewal and Modification, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. As of the date set forth above, the parties renew all the applicable terms and <br />conditions of the Lease, any extensions, renewals and the Renewal and <br />Modification. <br />2. The term of the Lease shall be renewed for a term commencing August 31, 2009, <br />and ending on August 31, 2012, unless sooner terminated. <br />3. The rent for the full term of the Lease Renewal shall be one dollar ($1.00) payable <br />in advance and other good and valuable consideration. <br />4.
