Robertson stated it had been done prior to their purchasing of the home and the <br />Landmarking was one of the selling points for the purchase. <br />Public Present in Opposition of Application: <br />None heard. <br />Public Present in Favor of Application: <br />None heard. <br />Staff and Applicant Closing Comments: <br />No additional comments from either staff or the applicant. <br />Public Hearing Closed / Board Discussion: <br />Chancellor closed the public hearing. <br />Loeblich stated he agrees with the findings presented by staff.
