Business items requesting continuance or withdrawal: <br />VII. Regular Business <br />➢ Case #-10-011-VA: Approval of three variances from Chapter 17 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code (LMC). The variances are described as <br />follows: <br />1. Variance from Section 17.12.040 to allow for two Tots, one with a <br />width of 60 feet and the other with a width of 40 feet, where a <br />minimum lot width of 70 feet is required. <br />2. Variance from Section 17.12.040 to allow for a 6,000 square <br />foot lot where the minimum lot area is 7,000 square feet. <br />3. Variance from Section 17.12.040 to allow for a dwelling unit on <br />a 6,000 square foot lot where the minimum lot area per dwelling <br />unit is 7,000 square feet. <br />• Applicant.
