The following items are tentatively scheduled for August 19, 2010 <br />➢ City Solar Panels — A special review use (SRU) request to install <br />solar panels at the three (3) water treatment plants owned and <br />operated by the City of Louisville. <br />➢ A resolution recommending approval of an ordinance amending <br />downtown sign code regulations within the following documents: <br />Louisville Municipal Code Chapter 17.24 <br />• Downtown Design Handbook <br />• Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines <br />(CDDSG) <br />• Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines <br />(IDDSG) <br />➢ 1301 Empire Rd — Louisville Storage Center — A final planned unit <br />development (PUD) to construct a self storage and mobile storage <br />facility. The project will include approximately 300 self storage units <br />ranging in size from 5'x5' to 10'x30'. The mobile storage units <br />(similar to PODS, Pack Rat, etc.) consist of 8' tall containers that <br />are 71/2' wide and 8', 12' or 16' long.
