Modifying the downtown parking regulations to permit a reduction in <br />the parking requirement of up to 25% where shared parking is <br />used. This would also require the completion of a parking study to <br />demonstrate the feasibility of shared parking where it is proposed, <br />and the recordation of an agreement to document shared parking <br />arrangements. <br />• The recommendations were taken to City Council on May 18, 2010. <br />• City Council directed Planning Staff to proceed with the development of an <br />ordinance amending certain sections of the Louisvill Municipal Code for <br />Planning Commission action and then to be forw to City Council for <br />approval. <br />• Planning staff recommends the following tw ents: <br />i.
