Motion passed by voice vote. Pritchard <br />and Brauneis abstained. <br /> March 11, 2010 – <br /> <br />Loo, Russell, Lipton and Sheets requested corrections to the minutes. Staff was <br />th <br />directed to review the tape for the March 11 meeting in order to accurately <br />report the comments made. Loo moved and Russell seconded a motion to <br />approve the February 11, 2010 meeting minutes with the requested changes. <br />Motion passed by voice vote. Posted in City Hall, the Library, the <br />Recreation Center, the Police and Courts Building and mailed to surrounding <br />property owners on March 19, 2010. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br />None heard. <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />McCartney provided the following summary: <br /> <br /> A request to re-plat Block 6 and 7, of the North End Subdivision and to <br />amend the General Development Plan (GDP) and the Final Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD), to allow for 16 single family detached homes. <br /> <br /> The development is a 73 acre parcel which includes a total of 350 <br />residential units and 65,650 square feet of commercial retail. <br /> <br /> Reviewed and approved by City Council on December 5, 2006. <br /> <br /> Block 6 and 7 were originally approved for 28 clustered townhome multi- <br />family units. <br /> <br /> The re-plat, if approved, will result in 12 less units on Blocks 6 and 7. <br /> <br /> The amendment is also requesting to transfer the 12 multi-family units <br />from Planning Area 4 (Blocks 6 and 7) to Planning Area No. 1, which is <br />the commercial/retail site area. <br /> <br /> The amendment will not change the overall density of the 350 units. <br /> <br />
