RESOLUTION NO. 5 SERIES 2003 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2003 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CONSERVATION TRUST - LOTTERY FUND AND THE WATER AND WASTEWATER ACTIVITY ENTERPRISE FUND AND DECREASING REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE WATER UTILITY FUND AND THE SEWER UTILITY FUND FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO WHEREAS, a need exists to make appropriations for the Water and Wastewater Activity Enterprise Fund, which was established by Ordinance No. 1412, Series 2003, and WHEREAS, a need exists for reducing appropriations in the Water Utility Fund and the Sewer Utility Fund, and: WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the Conservation Trust - Lottery Fund and the Water and Wastewater Activity Enterprise Fund to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted, and: WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the adoption of the budget, from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy, in the Conservation Trust - Lottery Fund and the Water and Wastewater Activity Enterprise Fund; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; That the 2003 Conservation Trust - Lottery Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $40,000 to $428,125 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein. That the 2003 Water and Wastewater Activity Enterprise Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $0 to $19,313,224 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein. 3. That the 2003 Water Utility Fund appropriations are hereby decreased from $4,173,891 to $0 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein 4. That the 2003 Sewer Utility Fund appropriations are hereby decreased from $1,207,333 to $0 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
