The following persons <br /> were present - <br /> City Council Present: Mayor Chuck Sisk (7:05 p.m.), Mayor Pro Tern Don <br /> Brown, Councilmembers Ron Sackett, Frost Yarnell, Sheri Marsella, Dave <br /> Clabots, and Bob Muckle (7:05 p.m.) <br /> Staff present: Bill Simmons, City Manager; Heather Balser, Assistant City <br /> Manager for Governmental Relations; Julie Boyd, Deputy City Manager; Scott <br /> Robson, Land Management Director; Belinda Dogan-Pishner, Administrative <br /> Assistant to the City Manager <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Brown called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Public Comments <br /> None <br /> Introduction of New Coal Creek Golf Course Staff & Update on 2006 <br /> Programs and Green Fees <br /> Scott Robson, Land Management Director, introduced the new general manager <br /> and controller for Coal Creek Golf Course. Eric Jensen is the new general <br /> manager and Robert DeVera is the new club controller. <br /> Eric Jensen provided a brief overview of changes to fees and programs for 2006, <br /> as well as an update on capital improvement projects for Coal Creek Golf <br /> Course.
