<br /> City Council <br /> Study Session Summary <br /> April 11 , 2006 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> City Manager Items <br /> Bill Simmons reviewed agenda items for the April 18, 2006 Regular City Council <br /> meeting. He reported that one proposal was received in response to the City's <br /> RFP for a Public Access Provider in Louisville. Copies of the Advance Agenda <br /> and Meeting Calendar were distributed. <br /> Heather Balser provided an update on Legislative activities. <br /> Julie Boyd provided an update on Business Retention and Development (BRaD) <br /> Committee activities. <br /> Mayor Sisk reported that there is a Congressional Bill under discussion to <br /> eliminate local Cable Television Franchise Agreement. <br /> Councilmember Don Brown provided an update on the Consortium of Cities <br /> discussions on sales-tax revenue stabilization.
