RESOLUTION NO. 13 <br />SERIES 2003 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN FOR <br /> THE VILLAGE SHOP AT COLONY SQUARE, <br />LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, COLONY SQUARE SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, an application <br />for approval of an amended final PUD development plan for the project sign program for the <br />Village Shops at Colony Square, Lots 1 through 4, Colony Square Subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the amended PUD have been reviewed by City <br />Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with <br />Chapter 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code, including the Commercial Development Design <br />Standards and Guidelines (CDDSG); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said amended final PUD <br />on April 8, 2003 where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including <br />the Staff Report of same date, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City <br />Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the PUD plans have been revised to substantially comply with the <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission and City Council finds that the application should be approved, with the <br />following condition. <br /> <br />The property owner(s) shall agree to replace all tenant signs facing McCaslin <br />Boulevard and Dillon Road collectively at one time. Alternatively, the applicant shall <br />provide written acknowledgment from all tenants with signs facing McCaslin Boulevard <br />and Dillon Road that they are aware of the new sign criteria for those signs and agree <br />to complete replacement of their sign(s) no later than 4 months afler final City Council <br />approval. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an amended final PUD development plan for the <br />Village Shops at Colony Square, Lots 1 through 4, Colony Square Subdivision, subject to the <br />above condition. <br /> <br /> <br />
