o <br /> <br /> B. The maximum height of said structure shall be no higher than twelve <br /> (12) feet higher than the arbor floor; <br /> C. . The patio or deck floor covered by arbors are not to be higher than the <br /> first floor of the house; <br /> D. No decks or arbors shall be covered with any "all-weather" materials <br /> or coverings; <br /> E. The portion of the arbor within the modified setback area shall not <br /> exceed 180 square feet. The portions of arbors inside the standard <br /> setback restriction are not considered as part of this 180 square foot <br /> allowance; <br />The arbor must be of an open design and include the following items: <br /> A. No closed sides. No materials except for the support post structure <br /> allowed. <br /> B. No closed roofs. The minimum rafter separation must be no less than <br /> 8" and no roofing material can be used including plastic coverings, <br /> shingles or corrugated roof panels. <br /> C. Minimum post separation is six (6) feet.
