Davidson stated that the Louisville citizens will be interested to learn that the 1999 budget includes <br />a rebate to them. <br /> <br />Ray stated that there is a rebate on the one mill levy attributed to the Colorado Water Conservancy <br />District, which will be equivalent to a one-month minimum utility bill. <br /> <br />Howard stated that he was pleased that Council was able to keep their promise to the citizens that <br />there would not be an increase to them for water service. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve the 1999 Budget, seconded by Howard.
