<br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A
<br />RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED IN LOUISVILLE NORTH FIRST FILING
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, certain property owners have requested that a portion
<br />of a right-of-way adjacent to their property be vacated to them; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the Planning Commisssion of the
<br />City of Louisville have determined that such vacation would not be in
<br />conflict with the goals and operation of the City of Louisville.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY lD /'
<br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: /'
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the portion of the right-of-way described in
<br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto be and the same hereby is vacated; and
<br />the title is thereto vested in the owners of the property adjacent to
<br />where such right-of-way is located, as provided by law, with the City
<br />of Louisville retaining a_ easement for utility purposes, including
<br />all rights to maintain, replace and repair any atilities within said
<br />easement.
