Then the ranking process was undertaken for each <br />feature /quality. <br />It was agreed to remove Properties "X, Y, Z" from the list. It was also agreed <br />to remove all previously scratched properties from the list and to add a date to <br />the list so that current and future changes could be dated. <br />Staff Updates — Ember Brignull <br />1. Ember reminded the Board that a future trail connection is being <br />considered for 104 street between Sterns Lake and Coal Creek. Another <br />trail south of the Mayhoffer Section 15 property is being considered. <br />2. "Jewels of the Prairie" class was conducted recently. <br />3. "Colorado Alive" event to take place at 7pm on Wednesday, July 28 at the <br />Council Chambers. <br />4. "Wings of Wonder" event to take place at 7pm on Wednesday, Aug 4 at <br />the Council Chambers. <br />5. Maintenance on existing trails has been ongoing. Recently the entire trail <br />system was graded and spots with water damage were filled. Weeds <br />growing within the trail were also controlled. <br />6. Weed spraying on open space properties has been ongoing. <br />7. Youth Corps and Velocity have volunteered for two days to remove and <br />chip Russian olives at CTC and pick up garbage along Coal Creek. <br />8. Takota to submit final PUD with land dedication included. <br />9. CIP budgets for 2010 have been submitted which include a submittal to <br />improve the parking lot at Aquarius Open Space. <br />10.Aquarius Open Space sign will be replaced in 2010. <br />11. NE half of Davidson Mesa to get prairie dog management and weed <br />control attention. <br />
