RESOLUTION NO. 22 <br />SERIES 2003 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN FOR <br />THE RESIDENCE INN BY MARRIOTT, <br /> LOT 4, COAL CREEK BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, an application for <br />approval of an amended final PUD development plan for two additional wall signs at the <br />Residence Inn on Lot 4, Coal Creek Business Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the amended PUD have been reviewed by City Staff <br />and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with the spirit and <br />intent of Chapter 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code, including the Commercial Development <br />Design Standards and Guidelines (CDDSG); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said amended final PUD on <br />August 12, 2003 where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including the <br />Staff Report of same date, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, <br />with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission and City Council finds that the application should be approved, with the <br />following condition. <br /> <br />If approved by City Council, the applicant shall be required to submit an amended final PUD <br />development plan sheet with sign details, appropriate signatures blocks, etc., subject to staff <br />review and approval and to be recorded with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an amended final PUD development plan for two <br />additional wall signs for the Residence Inn on Lot 4, Coal Creek Business Park, subject to the <br />above condition. <br /> <br />Nancy Var~a, City Clerk <br />City of Lotiisville, Colorado <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19~h day of August 2003. <br /> <br /> Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
