<br /> ~, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 895 <br /> -- <br /> Series 1986 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15 OF THE <br /> LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING 1985 <br /> EDITIONS OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, THE <br /> UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE, THE UNIFORM PLUMBING <br /> CODE, AND AMENDING ORDINANCES RELATIVE TO <br /> PAYMENT OF CERTAIN BUILDING PERMIT AND LICENSE <br /> FEES WITHIN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and City Staff believe that <br /> certain uniform codes of the City of Louisville should be updated and <br /> the more recent additions adopted; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council also believes that certain permit <br /> and license fees relative to construction within the City of <br /> Louisville should be amended to reflect the current situation; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to adopt said codes by <br /> reference. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE: <br /> Section l. Section 15.04.010, 15.04.030, 15.04.50, <br /> 15.04.060, -15.04.070, 15.04.080, 15.04.100, 15.04.110, and 15.04.120 <br /> are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2 . The following sections are hereby added to the <br /> Chapter 15.04, Title 15 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 15.04.010 ADOPTED. Pursuant to Chapter 31, Article l6, <br /> Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, as amended is hereby adopted as a <br /> part of this code and as the Building Code of the city, by reference <br /> thereto, the Uniform Building Code, 1985 Edition, as amended and <br /> deleted herein, published by the International Conference of Building <br /> Officials, 5360 Workman Mill Road, Whittier California, to have the <br /> same force and e f fe c t as if set forth herein in every particular. <br /> The subject matter of the adopted code includes comprehensive <br /> provisions and standards regulating the erection, construction, <br /> enlargement, alteration, equipment, use height, area, and maintenance <br /> of buildings and structures for the purpose of protecting the public <br /> health, safety, and general welfare. In all sections of this chapter <br /> where a reference is made to the Uniform Building Code, said <br /> reference shall be to the 1985 edition of said code. <br /> 15.04.030 Section 303(a) AMENDED - BUILDING PERMIT FEES. <br /> Section 303(a) of the Uniform Building Code, 1985 Edition, "Table No. <br /> 3-A Building Permit Fees, shall read as follows: <br />
