<br /> ORDINANCE NO. 900 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE <br /> LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY <br /> OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY <br /> REZONING A PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED <br /> WITHIN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE SOUTH OF <br /> PINE STREET ADJACENT TO SARATOGA SUBDIVISION <br /> OWNED BY W.H.P., LIMITED <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville, has previously zoned <br />certain real property; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has received an application <br />from Louisville Associates, requesting that said property be rezoned; <br />and, <br /> WHEREAS, aft e r a review of the application, the City <br />Council has heard evidence and testimony and considered whether said <br />real property should be rezoned; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1 .
