RECORDS 3- ( F1431 CHARLOTTE: HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER ORDINANCE NO. ~ AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, A PARCEL OF APPROXIMATELY 33.88 ACRES LOCATED SOUTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY 36, IN SECTION 19 WHICH IS OWNED BY RICHARD F. BIELLA. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, ~ Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property ( described below is solely owned by Richard F. Biella and that said ~ owner has petitioned for annexation to the City; and, WHEREAS, more or not less than one sixth of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; and, WHEREAS, a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and, WHEREAS, the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being intergrated into the City of Louisville; and, WHEREAS, the annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That the following described property situated in the County or-Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville. to-wit: See attached Exhibit "A" Section 2.
