Highway 36, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the North one-quarter corner of said Section 19, T 1 S. R 69 W of the 6th P . M. , as monumented by a found unmarked aluminum cap. from which the Northwest corner of Section 19, as monumented by a found 2-inch diameter pipe with aluminum cap stamped L.S. 2149, bears South 89007'56" West; Thence South 00024'29" West along the center line of said Section 19 a distance of 1836.84 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way of U. S. Highway 36; Thence North 44039'20" West along said right-of-way a distance of 905.81 feet to the point of curve to the left as monumented by a Colorado Department of Highways monument; Thence along said curve having a radius of 5830.00 feet and a chord which bears North 45033'49" West and an arc length of 184.81 feet; Thence continuing along said right-of-way the following courses: North 43031'40" East a distance of 150.00 feet; Thence North 48028'19" West a distance of 4l7.40 feet, Thence South 3903l'43'' West to a point of a curve; Thence along said curve to the left having a radius of 5830.00 feet a chord which bears North 51054'21" West and an arc length of 291.86 feet to a point lying on the West line of the East one-half of the Northwest one-quarter; Thence departing said highway right-of-way and along said West line of the East one-half of the Northwest one-quarter North 000 00'41" East a distance of 593.30 feet to a point on the North line of said Section 19; Thence along said North line. North 89007'56" East a distance of 1316.01 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. EXCEPTING therefrom the North 30.00 feet of said parcel for roadway purposes as described by "Resolution - Road No. 232" in the Boulder County records.
