<br /> ., <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 913 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> ENTITLED "Z ONING" BY REZONING A PARCEL OF <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> EAST OF HIGHWAY 42 AND NORTH OF SOUTH BOULDER <br /> ROAD OWNED BY HERMAN SCHEMPP. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville had prevoiusly zoned <br /> certain property; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has received an application <br /> from the property owner, requesting that a portion of said property <br /> be rezoned; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after a review of the application, the City <br /> Council has considered whether said real property should be rezoned. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section l. That Chapter 17.04, Section 17.04.050 of the <br /> Municipal Code of the City of Louisville entitled Zoning Map, shall be <br /> amended to rezone the following described property and that each <br /> tract shall be rezoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after <br /> the description below: <br /> A tract of land in Section 4 , TIS, R69W of the 6th P. M. , more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the S l/4 Corner of Section 4, T1 S, R69W of the 6th <br /> P . M. , thence S 089 27'34"W, 360.03 feet along the South line of said <br /> Section 4 , to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> Thence S 89027'34"W, 593.09 feet along the South line of said Section <br /> 4, <br /> , <br /> Thence N 2001'52"W, 888.00 feet; <br /> Th en c e N 89027'34"E, 628.02 feet parallel to the South line of said <br /> Section 4 ' <br /> , <br /> Thence S 00 13'24"W, 887.78 feet parallel to the North-South <br /> Centerline of said Section 4 , to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> Area equals 12.442 acres more or less. <br /> Said parcel shall be rezoned C-B - Commercial Business <br />
