Engagement Window #2: Community Choices, Strategy Framework The purpose of this engagement window will be to solicit community input on the Plan's draft framework, which will include key community choices that will be driven by input during engagement window #1 (e.g., specific land use options). Engagement Window #3: Draft Plan The purpose of this engagement window will be to inform the community of the draft plan and determine the leadership, timing, and funding considerations and prioritizations of actions.
