<br /> .. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24 <br /> - <br /> Series 1986 <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the Louisville Fire Protection <br /> District in conjunction with the Boulder County Regional Hazardous <br /> Materials Response Team as the designated agency to respond to <br /> hazardous substance incidents within the City of Louisville. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. Section 29-22-102(3), the <br /> governing body of every town, city, and city and county must <br /> designate an emergency response authority for hazardous substance <br /> incidents occurring within its corporate limits; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it would be beneficial for the City of Louisville <br /> to appoint the Louisville Fire Protection District and the Boulder <br /> County Regional Hazardous Materials Response Team as its designated <br /> agents; and, <br /> WHEREAS the assessment to the City of Louisville to become <br /> a participating agency would be $1,546.00 for the remainder of 1986. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, does hereby appoint the Louisville <br /> Fire Protection District in conjunction with the Boulder County <br /> Regional Hazardous Materials Response Team as its designated <br /> emergency response authority for hazardous substance incidents within <br /> its corporate limits. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1986. <br /> ~A?hAH~ <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Q ~ <br /> ~ <br /> City Clerk <br />
