<br /> ," <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 30 <br /> Series 1986 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL <br /> SUBDIVISION PLAT AND PUD FOR <br /> THE ENCLAVE SUBDIVISION <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br /> Council a plat and plan by R . B . Development for property located on <br /> Homart Parcel A west of McCaslin Boulevard; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the plat and plan have <br /> been reviewed by the City Staff and Planning Commission and found to <br /> be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision <br /> Regulations and related policies; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing <br /> concerning said Final plat and plan the Planning Commission <br /> determined that they are acceptable. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO does hereby approve the Final <br /> Subdivision plat and PUD for The Enclave Subdivision. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th day of May, 1986. <br /> ~~~ <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 9~ <br />
