<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 37 <br /> Series 1986 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL <br /> REVIEW USE FOR MYCO ENTERPRISES <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br /> Council an application for a Special Review Use by W. Thomas McSherry <br /> for property located at the Louisville Trade Center; and, <br /> WHEREAS. all materials related to the Special Review Use <br /> have been reviewed by the City Staff and Planning Commission and <br /> found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, <br /> Subdivision Regulations and related policies; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing <br /> concerning said Special Review Use, the Planning Commission <br /> determined that it is acceptable. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO does hereby approve the Special <br /> Review Use for Myco Enterprises. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1986. <br /> ~ ~ <br /> - ~~ <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Q "0 <br /> ~-~~/C~ <br /> City Clerk <br />
