<br /> RESOWTION NO. 56 <br /> Series 1986 <br /> A RESOWTION for the adoption of changes to the City of Louisville <br /> Personnel Policies and Procedures Code. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has a Personnel Code providing <br /> policies and procedures to serve as a guide to City policy concerning <br /> the rights and obligations of employees in personnel matters; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that said Personnel <br /> Policies and Procedures in the Personnel Code and found them to be in <br /> the best interest of the City of Louisville and the employees of the <br /> City of Louisville. <br /> NOW, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br /> of Louisville hereby adopts the changes and alterations to the Personnel <br /> Code of the City of Louisville attached hereto and authorizes that the <br /> changes and al tera tions be made a pennanent part of the Personnel <br /> Policies and Procedures Code of the City of Louisville. <br /> Passed and adopted this 16th day of December, 1986. <br /> g~A.~ <br /> Mayor <br /> ATIEST: <br /> I <br /> ~~--- <br />
